Exhibiting for the fourth year running Rozz and his team would like to thank all visitors to their stand and their seminar Buying and Renovating Property in Monaco.

The client owned a top floor Penthouse apartment in Monaco and wished to fully exploit the roof terrace with a swimming pool, dining area, sun lounging area and an extensive green area with trees, plants and flowers

The client had purchased a two bedroom top floor Belle Epoque flat in Monaco which was in a terrible condition.

Particular conditions included no use of lift and sensitivity to neighbours meant that works could only happen for 7 hours per day and not on weekends
